The paper has two sections:
an introduction to the guidance and counselling general concept and a teaching
frame for conceiving/developing this special subject in the lower and upper
secondary education. The content units are debated according to the study level,
meaning that certain topics suitable for pupils between 10-14 years of age are
studied again in the next level (14-18), upon a different perspective. The topics
varies with the main children' interests and preoccupations. The teachers will
find a supporting tool for class activities: objectives, content, methods and
evaluation criteria for the children's performances.
